Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an SQA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with our development team to identify and address software defects, provide feedback on usability and functionality, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts based on software requirements and design documents.
- Identify, analyze, and execute test cases and test scripts based on software requirements and design documents.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects and inconsistencies, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of quality issues.
- Participate in the review of product specifications and provide feedback to ensure testability and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process by recommending best practices and process enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to software quality assurance and testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
